Typically, residential apartments in Asia are smaller and more compact to rationalize housing density within scarce land-use availability. Also, kitchens are typically smaller too, designed to facilitate minimal food preparation due to the Asian culture and lifestyle of regularly congregating with friends and family in eating-out in restaurants.
Christie is a uniquely talented designer and leader with the charisma and pizzaz to empower talented creatives dealing with the most difficult of client briefs. Our shared COVID challenges in running a studio in Malaysia, contributing to Thailand client experiences, designing for Australian workplace solutions whilst always maintaining an eye on the UAE - was done with fun, style, openness and the ability to always find the positive and focus on a great outcome.
