A Steep site , tucked away in a Malaysian Forest , the villas are designed to cantilever into the jungle + frame the surrounding views. They will be intimate yet breathtaking.

Typically, residential apartments in Asia are smaller and more compact to rationalize housing density within scarce land-use availability. Also, kitchens are typically smaller too, designed to facilitate minimal food preparation due to the Asian culture and lifestyle of regularly congregating with friends and family eating-out in restaurants.

This mixed-use tower features an expansive indoor/outdoor podium designed to be used in conjunction with a 5-star hotel operator for a combined ballroom and a conference area – complete with robotic parking saving space and time. Located in a dense urban environment, energy-efficient systems have been incorporated into the design.
This feasibility project is a series of 6 vertical towers of pre-COVIDdesigned Units and Apartments as a mid to high luxury development designed for large Indian families with live-in helpers.

Our shared COVID challenges in running a studio in Malaysia, contributing to Thailand client experiences, designing for Australian workplace solutions whilst always maintaining an eye on the UAE - was done with fun, style, openness and the ability to always find the positive and focus on a great outcome.
